For discovery and a small amount of diversity, yes. For building authority, no. Treat it as a cheap way to help new pages get found, not as something that will move a competitive keyword.
Because roughly 450 of those are dead, deindexed or pure spam. Submitting to them produces nothing except a longer report. We would rather hand you a short list that works.
Some are, many are not. We report attribution per platform. The indexing and discovery benefit applies either way, which is the main reason to use this service.
Not at this scale with unique copy on active platforms. Harm comes from automated submission of identical text to thousands of spam directories, which is a different service entirely and one we do not offer.
